Renovus (latin):
to renew, to renovate, to restore and make things right.
Connect LGBTQ+ individuals to reclaim and develop their relationship with Jesus.
We exist to
A world where no one has to choose between their faith and sexual orientation or gender identity.
We envision
That Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God; that He died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, and raised from the dead; and that through Him, salvation is extended to all by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe
We offer

What We Offer
You are not alone.
Sure, you may feel that way right now—especially if you haven’t found a community who accepts all of you. But the truth is countless LGBTQ+ Christians are experiencing life, faith and community together. Skeptical? Yep, we used to be too. But community is possible, and happening. Many stories attest. Join us.
Stories
And watch some of our stories below. We hope you will relate.
Daniel (he/him)
“I was able to, for the first time, have both parts of my life come together… faith and spirituality and also my sexuality.”
Wes(he/him)
“I was able to connect on a much deeper level with God and in my walk with Christ...and that just grew from the process of thinking I was bisexual to realizing I was gay.”
Nikki(she/her)
"[With Renovus], I have found that table to be able to bring questions and doubts and concerns – being in a community of others that have similar stories or similar experiences."
Kellie (she/her)
"I'd never been around Christian people that had no judgment, no anything. And they took me in, and I'm blown away by my introduction back into my faith...I don't know where I would be without Renovus and the people of Renovus that supported me."
Sebastian (he/him)
“I needed someone to know Sebastian for who he was and for so long that was the biggest fear of mine, that I would be completely known yet completely rejected.”
Lacey (she/they)
"I realized that faith is more than just a church body...you can find your church within a community. And I started to find my community, find my church, and through that I now currently have the strongest faith I've ever had."
Cortland (he/him)
“I felt like there was always some unanswered question when it came to faith for me, having grown up in a household where faith really wasn’t a part of our lives.”
